The electronic Tax Invoice Management System (eTIMS) is the Kenya Revenue Authority's mandated platform for issuing tax invoices electronically.

Who needs an eTIMS device?

• Any VAT-registered business
• Any business with annual turnover above the KRA threshold
• Most retailers, restaurants, and service providers

What hardware do you need?

Any KRA-approved eTIMS POS terminal — including the SmartPOS H5, CS30G, and CS50 we stock.

What does it cost?

eTIMS device pricing starts at KES 19,999 for the SmartPOS H5. Integration is included.
